Campaign Page Troubleshooting

Creating a Brand New Account & Campaign Page

Setup Instructions:

1. Go to our fundraiser page

 

2. Click the “I want to fundraise for this” button.

 

3. Fill out the new account information, and click “create account”.

 

NOTE: If you have previosly created an account with the email provided, you will be prompted to login. In this case, refer to this set of instructions.

4. Next, you will need to confirm your email address by following the link sent to the provided email.

 

5. Once you have confirmed your email, you will need to either login on the provided page, or return to the previous screen and click the “I have confirmed my email” button.

 

6. Click “confirm creation of your fundraising page” once you are logged in. NOTE: If you are not directed to this page after logging in, please refer to step 9 under the “Forgot Password” section.

 

7. You will then be prompted to set up your individual campaign page. Please add your name, picture, fundraising goal, etc. during this step and click “save” when you are finished.

 

8. Your page is now complete! you can share your fundraising page with family & friends by copying the links provided on your personal campaign page.
