The School at Dancers’ Workshop is thankful for your support of your students’ own program by participating in our school-wide fundraiser!

Every student from Kinder 6 to Junior Repertory Company participates, and top fundraisers earn prizes! 

Money raised supports school performances, subsidized tuition for all students (tuition and ticket sales cover only 40% of program costs), financial aid reducing any cost barriers to our classes, professional dancers as our teaching staff, and world-class guest artists on stage, in our classrooms and community.

IT’S A TICKETLESS RAFFLE! Easy as 1-2-3!

Not only do donations made to our Keep Us Dancing campaign help support our year round programming, but anyone who donates will be entered into our ticketless raffle with an opportunity to win amazing prizes! Please see below for details on how to set up your fundraiser, and how to earn donor and student prizes!

Don’t forget to put your name on the card so people know who they are supporting.

  1. Make a personal fundraising page

    Have fun creating your own custom page! Add photos of you dancing with your friends or doing your favorite steps from class. You can even add video!

    **Parents with multiple participating children will need to use separate email addresses to set up each child’s fundraising page.

    Setup Instructions:

    • Go to our fundraiser page

    • Click on “I want to fundraise for this” button. (If you have previously completed this step and are already logged in, the button will say “go to my fundraiser”.)

    • Follow the on screen instructions to finish setting up your page!

      NOTE: If you have set up a fundraising page in years past and are using the same email address, you should select login to an exisiting account at the bottom of the signup page.

    • If you are having trouble getting signed up and need help, check out our troublshooting page. You can also call us or come to the office at DW and we will help you.

  2. Share your page with friends and family no matter where they are

    When you make your page, you will get a link and easy share buttons on your page and in your email.

  3. Talk to people you know and hand out cards

    Our business cards have the web address and a QR code on them for an easy, cashless, way to let people know how to donate.

    Here are some great reasons for supporting you to share with people:

    • rent the theatre to produce an annual spring performance so I can show everyone how hard I’ve worked all year. It’s amazing that we get to perform on the Center stage!

    • engage professional choreographers to work with our students – an experience most dance students don’t get until college

    • present world renowned dance companies to perform, teach, and engage with our students and our community

KEEP TRACK OF ALL YOUR DONATIONS ON YOUR TRACKING SHEET AND TURN THEM IN BY 5PM ON MAY 2 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR STUDENT PRIZES

Keeping track of your fundraising page:

  • To be considered for student prizes, you will need to keep track of each donation you recieve on your donation sheet.

  • Donation Sheets will be passed out to all participating students the week of March 18th, but you are welcome to stop by the office for a new one if you lose or damage your original sheet.

  • We will tally top earners based on the final sheet you turn in on May 2nd, so all cash, check, and online donations MUST be noted here to be considered.

  • We will be having a KUD finale party on Friday, May 3rd in Studio 1 from 4:30-6pm for all of our students! Prizes and totals raised will be announced at the party. Whether you are a top earner or not, we hope to see you there to celebrate!

RAFFLE PRIZES

Donors can win prizes in our ticketless raffle! The more you donate, the more chances you have to win! Winners will be notified via Email once the campaign has closed.

3 chances to win for $25 | 8 chances to win for $50 | 20 chances to win for $100 | 50 chances to win for $200+
