Private, Duet, Trio & Quad Sessions Equipment Sessions are either one-on-one or semi-private workouts with a certified Pilates instructor and utilize the Pilates equipment. Sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes by appointment.

Kinder / Youth Program

With over eighty classes a week for children, teenagers, and adults, Dancers’ Workshop offers an array of opportunities and dance genres for the beginner to experienced dancer. Dancers’ Workshop students are taught in a small group, supportive environment.  read more
