Student Performances at Dancers' Workshop

Performance is an integral component of the training of a young dancer. The class bonding, learning of choreography, and rehearsal process, provide an accelerated educational opportunity while the performance itself furthers the development of our young artists. For audiences, the joy pouring out of the dancers as they take the stage is the icing on the cake!

Each year, the students at the School at Dancers' Workshop have many opportunities to perform, including fall and spring showcases, Winter Production, Progress Performance and New Dances/New Choreographers. These performance opportunities for the students are also a great chance for friends and family to see their progress, technically and artistically. Audience members enjoy a fully produced show, while the students gain a wider understanding of the multitude of activities behind the scenes of a major dance production.
