Introduction to Technique 2 (Age 7) Summer Session

Originally from Parker, Colorado, Lindsay Rae began her intensive dance training at Colorado School of Dance. She holds her B.F.A in Dance Performance from the University of Wyoming. She is pursuing a career in Pilates fitness and education and is certified as a Stott Pilates Instructor, and continues her reformer certification through Balanced Body. In addition to performance and choreography Lindsay has been trained in the art of Stage Lighting Design and was recently the resident Master Electrician for the 60th season of Snowy Range Summer Theatre. Lindsay teaches Pilates at Dancers' Workshop.
Stacy has a love of dancing that started when she began to study dance at the age of eight. She trained at San Ramon Valley Dance Academy in ballet, tap and jazz. She continued her studies at Brigham Young University and has been a part of DW for 20 years. She receives great joy from her little dancers. She’s blessed with a fabulous family and loves being actively involved in her children’s activities.
Introduction to Technique 2 (Introtech 2) is a class for 7 year olds. It is designed to explore ballet and modern technique. The goals of this class are to build correct alignment, strengthen the core, learn and execute key vocabulary and skills in both ballet and modern technique. This class prepares students for Ballet and Modern Basics.
Student must be age 7 by June 2018.
