PROGRAM PARTNERS

Through collaborations with local and regional arts and education organizations, Dancers’ Workshop can reach more students and shape more lives. Each collaboration enables the connections to Language Arts, science, math, social studies, art and music. Dancers’ Workshop promotes the arts by bringing art education to students through cross-curricular art integration projects including The Dancing Alphabet (in collaboration with pARTners), Animal Dances and other creative projects. The shared vision is to create divergent thinkers by asking questions and exploring classroom concepts using movement as the vehicle. Basic movement concepts bridge gaps, inspiring new ideas and changing perspectives.

pARTners

With a vision to inspire a creative passion for the ARTS through education, pARTners was established in 1995. It ignites creative thinking and self-expression in students by integrating the ARTS into Teton County K-12 curriculum. The collaboration with Dancers' Workshop began in 2002, and The Dancing Alphabet was created. "Dancing ABCs" is a program in which students explore the 26 letters of the alphabet critical to their educational success through movement and the visual arts.
