Beginning Pilates Reformer with Michaela Ellingson:

Learn the basics on Pilates equipment utilizing specialized springs that provide resistance, enabling the entire body to work from the core. Improve your posture, balance and core strength. Class is limited to only 4 students, which allows for personal attention from the instructor to ensure correct alignment and safety.
