Dancers' Workshop is committed to offering a wide array of fitness and dance classes to adults through offerings such as Salsa, Pilates, Booty Barre, Melt, Zumba, and more.  The Adult Program strives to meet the needs of busy adults by offering ongoing classes as well as limited-duration workshops.

This December Dancers' Workshop has a 12 Days of Fitness Challenge to keep you moving through the holidays!  We encourage you to take 10 classes in the month of December, if you accomplish this goal, you will receive 2 FREE visits!   • Ongoing Classes

    Our Adult Ongoing Classes Program offers several fitness options for those with a busy schedule. Punch cards are available for more classes at a discounted price, so that you can come workout at your convenience.
  • Workshops

    Workshops are a fixed fee for a fixed period of time (generally 3 to 6 week sessions). Open this page to view exciting new upcoming workshops!
  • Pilates

    Utilizing equipment, exercises are performed with specialized springs that provide resistance enabling the entire body to work from the core. Private, duet, and trio sessions are available as well as 4-session Reformer Workshops designed for four students. Pre-registration is required.
